They can be accessed through the VitalSource Bookshelf software, allowing you to read, annotate, and interact with your textbook on any device.

Please note that the eBook order requires the user's email to allow for access.

What devices can I read my eBook on?
Read your textbooks on any computer, tablet or mobile phone. VitalSource Bookshelf is compatible with both Macs and PCs as well as iOS, Android, Kindle Fire, and Chromebook devices.
Can I access my eBook on more than one device?
Yes. You will be able to download and access your eBook onto 2 computers AND 2 mobile devices using the Bookshelf app.
How long will I have access to my eBook?
Indefinitely (lifetime) for offline access through the Bookshelf application and 5 years for online access.
Do I have to be connected to the internet to read my eBook?
No. You can access 100% of your eBook without an internet connection. To access your eBook offline, you will need to download the Bookshelf app onto your computer, tablet or mobile device.
Can I print content from my eBook?
You can print up to 10 pages from your eBook.
Can I get a refund for an eBook?
Refunds are not available for digital/electronic and downloadable resources, regardless of whether the item has been downloaded or activated. Please exercise caution when ordering these items, ensuring that you have selected the correct resources and provided the accurate email address for the intended eBook recipient.
How do I purchase an eBook for someone else?
Please purchase the eBook with the email of the user as this will be the email that is used to access the eBook.
