How long does shipping take?
We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. When items are in stock, delivery through Australia Post typically takes place within 2 to 7 business days from the order date.
Can I track my order?
Yes, following the processing and dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your delivery by visiting Australia Post Tracking, accessible here, and entering your unique tracking number. (use this link https://auspost.com.au/mypost/beta/track/search  )

Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer attractive discounts on bulk orders ( applicable when purchasing two or more copies of the same book.)

How do schools order books?
Schools can send their orders to dave@getsmarteducation.com.au via email. Once processed, orders will be shipped along with a tax invoice. If it's more convenient, schools can also place orders online and pay with credit cards. In this case, a tax invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the provided email address. For NSW Government schools, please use the centralised system, EDConnect, for orders unless opting for online ordering with credit card payments.
Can I return my items?
To return items, you need prior approval from Get Smart Education. Email dave@getsmarteducation.com.au with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. If items are faulty or damaged, email us before returning them.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving items, and we generally don't accept returns for a change of mind. Items accepted for return should be sent back within 21 days of delivery, in an undamaged condition suitable for resale.
